Every referral begins with a call. We take the time to understand the young person's situation, the level of support required and whether ServCo Care is the right fit. This is a no-obligation conversation — we want to make sure we can genuinely meet the need before moving forward.

Placement Form & Risk Assessment

Understanding the Full Picture

Once there's an intention to proceed, we request the Placement Form from the referring Local Authority. Our team conducts a thorough risk assessment to ensure we can provide a safe and appropriate environment tailored to the young person's circumstances.

Placement Matching & Funding

Finding the Right Home

We carefully match each young person to the most suitable accommodation based on their individual needs, location preferences and any specific requirements. At the same time, we agree a support plan and confirm funding arrangements with the Local Authority.

Introduction & Interview

Building Trust From Day One

Before the placement begins, the young person is introduced to their dedicated key worker. We conduct a structured interview to understand their goals, concerns and day-to-day needs — laying the groundwork for a strong, trusting relationship from the outset.

Welcome & Move In

A Warm Welcome

The young person is given a full tour of their new home, introduced to support staff and introduced to others in the property. They receive the ServCo Handbook along with everything they need to feel comfortable and settled from day one.

Ongoing Support & Reporting

With You Every Step of the Way

Our commitment doesn't end at move-in. We provide regular progress reports and support plan updates to the referring Local Authority, ensuring full transparency and continuity of care. We see this as a long-term partnership — not just a placement.
